After a wholesome breakfast in the morning, you will leave for a visit to the famous Tsomgo Lake. Shaped like an oval, the lake is located 40 km away from the city of Gangtok and has an elevation of about 3,780 m above sea level. Apart from its breathtaking scenic beauty, the lake is also famous for housing the Brahminy Ducks and many other migratory birds. Following this will be a visit to the shrine of the famous Baba Harbhajan Singh, a war hero. The shrine is popularly called the Baba Mandir. Nathu-la Pass to the Republic of China is nearly 20 Kms and is an optional tour (Strictly subject to availability).

After your breakfast this morning, you will start your journey to explore Gangtok Local Spots. Start for a Full day city tour covering Ganesh Tok, Hanuman Tok, Flower show, Bakthang Waterfall, Ropeway, Cottage Industry and Handicraft Center, Institute of Tibetology, Dro-dul Chorten, Enchey Monastery & Banjakhri Falls. In the evening, return to your hotel. Overnight stay at Gangtok.

After having your breakfast this morning, you will be taken to Darjeeling from Gangtok . All the way, you will be accompanied by the magical beauty of the Himalayas and the beautiful views of the valleys. Early morning at around 3:45 AM drive to 8000 feet / 2440 meters through primitive forests of oak, magnolia to Tiger Hill to view sunrise over Kanchendzonga Peak (subject to clear weather) – On the way back visit Ghoom Monastery, Peace memorial & Batasia Loop – Back to hotel for breakfast - After breakfast next round of sightseeing - Half Day city tour includes Padmaja Naidu Zoological Park, Himalayan Mountaineering Institute (Closed on Thursday), Ropeway, Tenzing Gumpo Rock, Tibetan Refugee Self Help Center (Closed on Sunday), Tea Estate, Natural History Museum (Sunday Closed), Peace Pagoda – Back to hotel – Evening free to stroll around the area - Overnight stay at Darjeeling.
